Confused, I wonder why my body stopped so suddenly.
It’s not your body.
Confused, I don’t understand: I’ve had enough hours of sleep.
It’s not the hours.
Confused, I try to muscle through my tasks.
It doesn’t work.
Confused, I don’t understand why I’m so ineffective.
It’s confusing.
What is it?, I complain to God. Why did my energy of the morning disappear?
Rest. Think. The Spirit will reveal.
I felt quite similar this morning and trust that my spirit needs rest from all this doing for others, creating, giving, and growing. So, I surrender to that and let go. 🙂 Thank you for sharing this today!
